
Also known as “Muscular, Cardiovascular, and Caloric Training” The Mc2 program is a specific group fitness class designed by Dr. Matthew Rhea PhD, CSCS*D, CES, PES and offered by Elite Training. This program is designed around 15-20 minute total body workouts and is specific to high intensity general weight loss. Classes are run 3 times per week for 20 minutes each and utilize cutting edge vibration plate and incline training to enhance fat burning and minimize total time spent in the gym.
